1. How does trash bin rollout and return service work?
Before your scheduled collection, we move your trash and recycling bins from their storage area to the curb in compliance with City of Charleston rules: bins may be set out no earlier than 6:00 PM the day before the scheduled pickup, positioned within 2 feet of the curb with the handle facing away from the curb, kept at least 3 feet clear of mailboxes, trees, and other obstructions, and returned by 6:00 PM on the scheduled pickup day. After collection, we return them to their proper place and help keep your curb area tidy.

Yes. We handle both trash and recycling bins. Every standard monthly plan includes rollout and return service for one trash bin and one recycling bin at your property.

Yes! You can add extra bins for +$5 per bin/month, add monthly bin cleaning for +$25/month (included in Bin Boss Gold), or request one-time bin cleaning starting at $35.
